    We have 15 locations and are growing quickly. Currently, you can find Horizon Infusions centers in Akron, Athens, Cincinnati (East and West), Cleveland, Columbus (East, West, and Central), Dayton, Findlay, Mansfield, Perrysburg, Springfield, Toledo, and Northern Kentucky.   • What conditions do you treat at Horizon Infusions?
    Our teams have experience treating a wide variety of chronic conditions including, but not limited to: Asthma, Crohn’s Disease, Arthritis, Lupus, Ulcerative Colitis, Plaque Psoriasis, Gout, Immunodeficiency Conditions, and more.
  • What treatments and therapies are available at Horizon Infusions centers?
    Some types of therapies include, but are not limited to, IVIG, subQ IG, and many biologics. See our entire list of treatments here.
  • Can patients access multiple infusion centers within the network?
    Yes. If you need to visit different infusion centers depending on your circumstances, just tell your physician’s office.
  • What accreditation do Horizon Infusions centers have?
    Horizon Infusions is accredited by Accredited Commission for Health Care (ACHC) for compliance with a comprehensive set of national standards.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment at one of our infusion centers, ask your physician’s office to complete a referral form right here on this website, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Does Horizon accept my insurance?
    We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. To be sure, give us a call at 877-787-8720.
  • Is there parking?
    Yes! All of our locations have free parking. For directions, find your location here.
  • Do you infuse vitamins or have infusions for CFS, Fibromyalgia or chronic pain?
    We do not infuse vitamins, only medications prescribed by a physician. There are currently no infusions for Fibromyalgia, and we don't infuse for CFS or chronic pain.
  • What infusions and injections are available at Horizon Infusions?
    We offer over 50 medications, including, but not limited to: ACTEMRA®, BENLYSTA, BRIUMVI™, ENTYVIO®, ILUMYA®, IV IMMUNOGLOBULIN (IVIG), KRYSTEXXA®, SKYRIZI®, STELARA®, TEPEZZA®, TEZSPIRE™, ​UPLIZNA®, ​and XOLAIR®.
