We have four locations and are growing quickly. Currently, you can find Horizon infusion centers in Columbus, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Springfield, Ohio. Find your nearest infusion center here.

What conditions are infusion therapies used to treat at Horizon infusion centers?

Patients require infusion therapy for medication administered as a fluid through a needle or catheter. Our teams have experience treating a wide variety of diagnoses including but not limited to asthma, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, active systemic lupus erythematosus, and immunodeficiency conditions.

What treatments and therapies are available at Horizon infusion centers?

Yes. If you need to visit different infusion centers depending on your circumstances, just tell your physician’s office.

How do I book an appointment?

Does Horizon accept my insurance?
